What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, business name, email address and message you send. When a business uses our service, it shares a list of its customers' names and email addresses (and sometimes phone numbers) with us.

How we use it

• Contact details you send us are used only to reply to you and provide our service.
• Customer lists from businesses are used only to send that business's review requests.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing. We never post reviews on anyone's behalf.

Services we rely on

We use trusted providers to send email and host this website. They process data only to deliver those services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep a business's customer data only while that business uses GoldNudge, and delete it within 30 days of cancellation. Anyone who receives a review request can opt out using the link in the message.

To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email hello@goldnudge.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
